This site will mainly be my rantings on real estate investing. I might on occasion take a jaunt into other areas of investment such as running a business and rarely I may discuss my online businesses. I really want to use this site to catalog my journey into trailer investing and more importantly into apartment complex investing.
I have been investing in real estate for the past 4 years and have made the vast amount of my income from these endeavors. I will continue investing in my traditional manner but I have realized I will probably not get rich anytime soon. I now see I must broaden my investment strategies and step out of my comfort zone. My goal is to purchase a 150+ unit apartment complex within the next 6 months. I have mainly created this site to write about and record that jouney. My thoughts flop all over the place in regards to investing in life so I imagine I will go in a million different directions until I find one that suites me. I have a strong desire though to purchase an aparment complex so I would imagine that will come to fruition.
